Another innovation I offer to realtor partners is a proprietary client retention and 'sales-maximizing' tracking software. It enables them and their prospects to conduct nationwide MLS searches for land or their next home. I am also involved in delivering real estate and builder services to my clients via other companies that I either own myself or have a partnership interest in. This way, I am able to wear more hats, deliver more services at better pricing, and work with a larger population of clients. I am now in the third year of offering all these services nationwide. My annual book of business consists of 60 percent mortgage lending, 20 percent real estate, and 20 percent homebuilding services, resulting in between $20 to $24 million in transactions. The Internet - and my Myers website - are integral to my business model.
