Choose from a variety of loan application styles including: Full 1003, FNMA Streamline 1003, QuickApp, ShortApp and Contact Form. The Full 1003 application configures itself based on the borrower's input, asking the borrower for only necessary information. Example: If there is no co-borrower, the application removes all input fields associated with the co-borrower. If the borrower states that the property is a CONDO, then the borrower is asked to provided the name of the condominium association.
